Ms Rasmussen, a regional development manager at Lendlease, won the UDIA NSW – Frasers Property Australia Women in Leadership Award for 2018 at last week’s UDIA State Conference.
Ms Rasmussen has worked at Lendlease for the past 15 years and is currently responsible for its southern NSW region and ACT projects, including Calderwood Valley and Bingara Gorge.
She is currently chair of the UDIA NSW Southern Chapter.
“Tamara possesses an unbound passion for what she does and the industry in which she has cemented her role,” UDIA NSW chief executive Steve Mann said.
“She has a strong conviction which paves the way for the future as the industry moves, modernises and changes.”
UDIA NSW is a leading industry body representing the interests of the NSW property development sector.
