The Casino Prince four-year-old will lead a two-pronged attack for Price and his father Robert, which will also see Curata Princess return from a spell for the 1400m heat.
Cuban Royale has won back-to-back races at Kembla this preparation.
"He's in career best form," Price said.
"He has always shown us a lot of ability and he was really dominant at his last start.
"Since then he definitely hasn't gone backwards. This series has popped up at the right time for him."
Curata Princess hasn’t been sighted on race day since the end of May. The five-year-old mare claimed the Nowra Cup last preparation and has finally started to fulfill her potential, according to Price.
"I think she went to another level last preparation and if you look back through her videos, she was a bit stiff not to finish closer in a couple as well,” he said.
"She's come back well and loves the sting out of the ground."
The Provincial Challenge Spring Series is a new joint venture between Racing NSW and the state’s provincial clubs. It features five $50,000 qualifying races at each provincial track before the top three finishers in each heat contest a $150,000 final at Kembla Grange on December 1.
"Country trainers have been getting a lot of upgrades lately and provincial trainers have been missing out a bit so it's nice to see a series like this,” Price said.
Price also confirmed the stable was weighing up a run in the Hawkesbury heat for the Mollymook Cup winner Fiesty Fox, which scored at Nowra on Sunday.
