In the hectic period around State of Origin, they will play five of seven home games, though one of them will be taken to Mudgee, including meeting the Cowboys, Storm and Raiders in Wollongong in June and July.
St George Illawarra face a trip to Townsville to face former winger Nene Macdonald and the Cowboys in the opening round of the NRL season next year.
They will also take on the Warriors in Brisbane in round nine in May, as part of the new Magic Round.
The draw has delivered the Dragons two Thursday nights, one Friday, three Saturdays and four Sunday fixtures as home games in Kogarah and Wollongong.
The Dragons avoid trips to Melbourne, Canberra and New Zealand next year.
With Allianz Stadium out of action, the Dragons will play two games at the iconic SCG, on Anzac Day against the Roosters and again in round 24 against the Tigers.
“The Dragons certainly have some great games to look forward to within our schedule in 2019, with a mix of Sydney and regional teams playing across our home venues," Dragons chairman Brian Johnston said in a release when the draw was announced.
"We are looking forward to heading back to Mudgee to take on the Knights in Round 10 as well as returning to the historical SCG to take on the Tigers in Round 24.
“The remaining ten home games will be played at our traditional venues in Kogarah and Wollongong with some mouth-watering match ups including the defending premiers the Roosters at Jubilee Stadium and the local derby against the Sharks at WIN Stadium.
"The development of the NRL draw is a complex process, and we always aim to spread our home fixtures as evenly as possible. However due to availability issues at certain points of the season across our playing venues we have not been able to deliver as balanced a schedule as we would have liked in 2019, across Jubilee Stadium and WIN Stadium.
"As a result, our home games for Kogarah are scheduled at the start and end of the season, with the Wollongong fixtures largely in the middle, but nonetheless there are some great matches for our Members and supporters to plan for and get excited about.”
