Weight Training: builds muscle, increases strength which in turn increases bone mineral density, increases your metabolic rate and increases your capacity for fat loss.
Endurance Training: burns many calories, keeps your body very fit and lean.
Interval Training: increases your fitness level, improves your VO2Max (maximal oxygen consumption).
Speed Training: increases the ability of fast twitch fibres recruiting, burns calories at a heightened rate during and after the workout, recruits many muscles during the session.
Agility Training: increases your body’s ability to change direction quickly, and also increases neural activity due to different stimuli.
These styles will challenge you and create a body this is not only fit, but also strong, fast and mentally alert.
