Police have appealed for information from the community after a teenage boy was struck by a car at Fairy Meadow at the weekend.

The car was travelling east on Balgownie Road about 11.10pm Saturday when it stopped near Meadow Street.
Police believe the driver was witnessing a fight between two young people who were walking along the northern footpath of Balgownie Road.
The car struck a 13-year-old boy as the driver then pulled away, before the car continued east on Balgownie Road, towards the Princes Highway.
The teen suffered a wound to his leg and was taken to Wollongong Hospital.
Officers from Wollongong Police District were alerted to the incident and are now trying to locate the vehicle involved and its male driver.
The car has been described as a grey or dark-coloured SUV or ute.
The driver has been described as being of Caucasian appearance, with short black hair and a thin build.
Investigators have appealed for anyone with information about the incident or with dashcam footage from the area on Saturday evening to come forward.
