We can’t always be at the gym, and let’s face it, you probably don’t want to be there every minute either.
So I would like to equip you with ways to burn extra calories whilst you are away from the gym.
You will be surprised at how these small changes will make big benefits throughout the year.
These little movement interventions can include:
Doing the mowing or gardening each weekend.
Using the stairs instead of the lift at work.
Walking the dog if you don’t already do.
Take up a once-a-week sport like touch football, netball or soccer.
If you live close enough walk or ride to work.
