The M1 will be closed between Bulli Tops and Memorial Drive while Picton Road will close between the M1 and Wilton Road.
The closure, for road maintenance, will take place between 8pm and 4am.
Motorists travelling between Wollongong and Bulli can use Memorial Drive and Bulli Pass.
Those heading west can Memorial Drive, Bulli Pass and Appin Road.
Neither route is suitable for B-doubles.
