The team faces a tough task, however, as they play host to Helensburgh.
Uni will be bolstered by the return of bowler Rhys Voysey and captain Mitchell Hearn is looking forward to seeing his side turn in a much-improved bowling effort.
“Our bowling was not good last week,” Hearn said. “We weren’t consistent enough to put any pressure on their batsmen.
“Helensburgh are always strong, we won’t be underestimating them. Mitch McCrae, in my opinion, is the best batsman in the competition, therefore it’s vital we get him early.”
Elsewhere, Dapto will seek to rebound from last week’s loss when they face competition leaders Wollongong.
Balgownie will take on an improving Wests team, Corrimal plays host to Port Kembla, while Keira and Northern Districts has been called off on Saturday.
