The M1 will be closed between Bulli Tops and Memorial Drive while Picton Road will close between the M1 and Wilton Road.
The closure, for road maintenance, will take place between 8pm and 4am each night
Detours will be in place via Appin Road and Hume Motorway.
Motorists should allow up to 30 minutes additional travel time depending on their origin and destination.
Light vehicles under 15 metres and 12 tonnes can also use Broughton Pass.
Vehicles travelling south on the Hume Motorway can also use Macquarie Pass.
