A total of about 1800 trucks and motorcycles took part in the annual event, which started from two locations – Appin and Bulli Tops.
The event was raising funds for the Illawarra Community Foundation.
Convoy manager Mark Rigby estimated that 750 trucks and close to 1100 bikes took part in the convoy.
On Sunday afternoon, he said funds were still being tallied, with an announcement of the total raised due to be made later this week.

The convoy travelled along several roads including Appin Road, Old Princes Highway, M1 Princes Motorway, Masters Road, Five Islands Road, Windang Road and Shellharbour Road.
Thousands of onlookers and well-wishers lined the streets and bridges en route.
This included Wilton resident Jye Thomson, 22, and his family, who were stationed at the base of Mt Ousley.
“We come here every year and watch from here,” Mr Thomson said.
“It’s just a good day, a good family day.”
Wollongong’s Trent Murray, 41, was among the onlookers at Warrawong.
Mr Murray said he had driven in several previous Illawarra Convoy events.
“It’s just what they do for community – it’s unbeatable,” he said of the event.
“What they’ve done for people who are in need is amazing.”
One keen supporter in a boat on Lake Illawarra waved to passing vehicles as they crossed Windang Bridge.
The convoy finished at Illawarra Regional Airport, where a free family fun day took place, headlined by ARIA award winning indie-pop act Sheppard.
Mr Rigby said it was “the biggest family fun day we’ve had yet”.
“It’s been a great day for a convoy – sunny, lots of trucks and bikes, people having a great time,” he said.
The annual fundraiser had a new home for the free family fun day because of major works being undertaken at Croome Road Sporting Complex to make way for the Albion Park Bypass.
Choirboys and The Incidentals were also on the entertainment schedule.
There were also motocross demonstrations, helicopters on display, rides and more.
During the previous 13 years, almost $11.5 million has been raised by the event.
