Larissa Catherine Davidoff, 28, had been sentenced to 12 months’ jail with a non-parole period of four weeks and three days in Nowra Local Court on October 29.
Court papers said Davidoff was caught by police in the drive-through of the South Nowra McDonald’s between 2.30am and 2.35am on October 22 this year.
She returned a positive breath test and later a breath reading of 0.205.
Police also disqualified her from driving.
Court papers said she was caught driving a second time on Jervis Bay Road at Falls Creek at 4.50am.
She again returned a positive breath test and a high-range reading of 0.155.
She was again charged with high-range drink driving and driving while disqualified.
Davidoff successfully appealed the severity of the sentence in Nowra District Court on November 28, with Judge Phillip Mahony placing her on a 12-month community corrections order, meaning she will serve her sentence in the community.
He also ordered she perform 100 hours community service.
