A little boy has been reunited with his mother after he was found wandering the streets in Nowra on Thursday morning.

Nowra Police asked the public to help locate the boy’s family.
A member of the public found the boy, aged about 18 months, crossing the road on Kinghorne Street and Douglas Street, Nowra.
The man walked him the short distance down the street to Nowra police station shortly before 6am.
He was safe, happy and entertaining Nowra Police at the station.
Officers went and door knocked on houses in the immediate area around where the boy was found.
The mother was found through those efforts.
The boy is now safe at home.
Police have thanked everyone who shared the appeal.
