Footage of the crash, which occurred about five kilometres from Picton Road just after 5.30pm on Sunday afternoon, was posted on the Dash Cam Owners Australia Facebook page.
A ute driver was observed snapping between lanes and driving aggressively prior to the accident,” the Facebook post said.
Both vehicles went off to the side of the road and one car rolled onto its roof.
Two people were taken to Campbelltown Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries.
A 30-year-old woman was treated for facial injuries and shock, while a man in his mid 30s sustained facial cuts and bruises, a NSW Ambulance spokesman said.
He said a man in his late 50s also received a large knock on the head as a result of the crash.
Police will allege the P-plate driver had two beers prior to the incident.
Once the results of the blood and urine tests are returned, police will investigate and make a determination on the crash.
Camden Police Area Command chief inspector Michael Bright urged drivers to be safe on the roads.
“It’s about patience and driving to the road conditions,” chief inspector Bright said.
“Particularly with P-platers, who are inexperienced drivers.”
