There are three main types of exercise that should generally be adhered to when dealing with arthritic and joint pain. These include:
- Flexibility or stretching-based exercises and movements.
- Strength training incorporating weights, machines, resistance bands and bodyweight based movements.
- Aerobic-based activity with little impact including exercise bikes, rowers, X trainer, Arm Ergs and Rope machines.
