An off-duty Southern Region police officer has been accused of alleged domestic violence offences including choking.
The 32-year-old senior constable was charged with intentionally choke person with recklessness (DV), assault occasioning actual bodily harm (DV) and common assault (DV).
The offences relate to alleged incidents between June and October 2018.
The man will appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday December 17.
His duty status is under review.
