The fast bowler took 15 wickets at an average of 17.1 to help ACT/NSW Country take out the competition, edging Queensland in a rain-affected final on Thursday.
He was joined at the championships by Greater Illawarra teammates Matt Calder, Blake Nikitaras and Dom O’Shannessy.
Currently playing first grade for Campbelltown-Camden, Carlisle was named in the 14-man Australian under 19 squad, to be coached by Ryan Harris, when it was announced on Friday.
The selection marks Carlisle’s second stint in the Australian under 19 team, after he received a late call-up to the squad in 2017.
He will travel to Colombo, Sri Lanka later this month, where the side will play three one-day matches and one three-day fixture against Sri Lanka under 19.
