Young people can be put through their paces by local police officers who are running free boxing and boot-camp sessions at Bellambi Beach.

The “Fit for Life” program is free for 10 to 17-year-olds Friday mornings at 8am until January 25, with breakfast provided at the end of each session.
The first session will be launched with a Christmas themed fitness and games session on Friday December 21, followed by a barbecue breakfast.
“This is an opportunity for young people to take part in some fun fitness activities during the holidays while getting to know the local police” said Commander, A/Superintendent McNeil
Young people and their families are encouraged to head along and participate in what police say will be a morning of fun and fitness.
