The driver accused of fleeing a fiery car crash which left his female passenger with serious injuries at Albion Park earlier this month was arrested on Thursday.

Lake Illawarra police charged a 30-year-old man with more than 20 offences for motor vehicle thefts, property theft and fraud.
Police will allege the man stole a Volkswagen Golf before crashing it into a parked truck on Daintree Drive in the early hours of December 4.
The female passenger was pulled from the scene before the car burst into flames. The woman was taken to hospital with leg injuries.
The driver fled the scene.
Strike Force Yaralla was set up and detectives from Lake Illawarra worked with police officers from Sutherland.
The officers attempted to arrest the man at a property in Menai about 6.20am on December 22.
Police will allege the man became violent and assaulted two officers.
NSW Ambulance paramedics took the man to hospital. The officers were not seriously hurt.
Strike Force detectives arrested the man at St George Police Station on Thursday after he was released from hospital.
He was charged with two outstanding warrants and a further 23 offences including take and drive conveyance without consent, dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, fail to stop and assist following a motor vehicle collision, drive while disqualified, larceny, intimidation and assault police.
The man was refused bail. He will appear in Parramatta Bail Court tomorrow on Friday.
