On November 5, an out-of-control truck came down Mt Ousley Road and flew across the Princes Highway intersection.
It crashed into the car park at McDonald’s, pushing cars away before coming to rest at the apartment block to the rear of the block.
An SUV was wedged between the truck and the apartments, trapping a woman behind the wheel.

A Roads and Maritime Services spokesman said investigations were continuing.
“Roads and Maritime Services is assisting NSW Police with the investigation into the incident at the intersection of the Princes Highway and Mt Ousley Road on November 5,” an RMS spokesman said.
“Following the conclusion of the NSW Police investigation, Roads and Maritime Services will consider additional safety measures.”
The spokesman would not provide any information on what safety measures could be under consideration.
