Factors that may help include:
- It’s all about calories in versus calories out. Burn more than what you ingest.
- Ensure you are getting enough sleep. Not getting enough sleep increases the level of cortisol (stress hormone) within our bodies which essentially makes it harder for us to burn body fat
- Avoid all carbonated and diet soft drinks. These drinks, diet or not have high levels of sugar which converts to liver fat.
- Ensure you are getting enough protein each day. Not getting enough protein slows down your body’s metabolic rate.
