The star attacker scored once in each half as the Sky Blues claimed an impressive 3-1 away victory against Brisbane Roar at Lions Stadium.
Sydney took the advantage when Natalie Tobin hit the back of the net after 31 minutes before Foord got her first from the penalty spot seven minutes before the half time break.
Brisbane got in fight thanks to a superb solo strike from Allira Toby to make it 2-1 heading into the break.
Foord would have to wait until the 75th minute to get her second.
The Matildas representative cooly finished past MacKenzie Arnold to take her tally to nine goals from 10 games this season.
Foord has now moved into second in the W-League Golden Boot race, with Perth Glory superstar Sam Kerr (10 goals) continuing to lead the way.
