There are plenty of snacking foods out there that are healthy, full of nutrients and that will leave you with more energy, and feeling fuller for longer.
These foods, generally wholefoods cover a wide range of nutrients and include:

- Bananas: they’re filled with fibre, vitamin B6 and potassium, these nutrients promote sustained energy and muscle function.
- Salmon: has Omega 3 fats, can lower cholesterol, can curb stiffness and joint pain and is great for aiding in mental health.
- Greek yoghurt: full of protein, this snack will leave you fuller for longer and deliver a good amount of bone strengthening calcium too.
