A Wollongong car wash manager jailed for two months in 2017 for drunkenly flashing shoppers in the Crown Street Mall has again been caught exposing himself in public.

Alcohol got the better of Jai Pal Verma on the night of March 16 two years ago when he exposed himself to three teenage girls on Crown Street after a heavy drinking session at Dicey Rileys.
He then headed towards the mall where he was seen to whip his penis out in full view of shoppers and begin “twirling it like a helicopter”.
Disgusted onlookers chastised Verma, who responded by inviting them to “touch it”.
He was stopped by GPT security and later arrested by police and charged with obscene exposure. He later confessed to remembering little of what occurred due to his inebriated state.
However, it appears Verma learned little from his stint behind bars, with his most recent offence again said to have been fuelled by excessive alcohol consumption.
Documents tendered to Wollongong Local Court on Tuesday said the mall was filled with people attending the Eat Street Markets on the evening of November 22 when security cameras captured Verma “loitering” around the Christmas tree display for several minutes.
He was then seen to walk behind a large garbage bin next to the public chess playing area, unzip his fly and relieve himself against the bin.
Police said Verma remained there for about a minute, during which time a “steady stream of fluid” could be seen flowing downhill as people walked past.
Security staff were notified and they held Verma until police arrived.
Officers said they could see fresh urine on the ground, Verma’s pants appeared wet neat the groin area and he stank of alcohol.
He told them he’d drunk four beers that evening, the last at The Square Cafe, and had not been able to control his bladder.
This was despite being in close proximity to multiple public toilets, including at the cafe, police said.
Verma was taken to Wollongong Police Station and charged with behaving in an offensive manner in public, with police claiming his actions showed a “willful disregard” for public decency.
He pleaded guilty to the charge in court on Tuesday.
The matter was adjourned to February 19 for sentencing.
