The under 14 boys were among the top performers, with Greater Illawarra Zone finishing in third place in the highly-competitive Kookaburra Cup.
The Illawarra contingent then travelled up to Newcastle for the Graeme Malcolm Shield, where they finished third on the ladder.
Under 14 boys Tom Giustiniani, Callum Milsom, Ollie Needham, Will Watson and Tom Williams also represented Country Thunder South East at the State Challenge.
The Greater Illawarra under 16 boys finished the Bradman Cup in sixth place.
Illawarra also sent teams to the under 11 Ron Arendts Shield, under 12 Lismore Carnival and under 15 Western Carnival. The under 15s finished in fifth position, with Jonty Clifford and Nate Ruddock the top performers.
