Promising fillies Nanda Devi and Laburnum impressed in their respective assignments for the breeding powerhouse.
Nanda Devi, by Lonhro, fought off the challenge of Arrogant Lass in the Kembla Grange Maiden Handicap (1300m) as both fillies demolished their rivals by close to five lengths.
“She is a November foal so she is only going to get better as she gets a little bit older,” stable representative Darren Beadman said.
“She has had a few minor issues along the way but was very well-placed in a race like this today. She should take a lot out of it.”
Laburnum was similarly dominant when claiming the Dean Group Benchmark 64 Handicap (1200m) by 1-¼ lengths over Homework.
