Australia has pledged to cut emissions by 26-28 per cent on 2005 levels by 2030 but government projections show that target will be missed by a significant amount on existing policy settings.
But further policy won't include greater targets, with Mr Morrison on Monday labelling Labor's 45 per cent emissions reduction and 50 per cent renewable energy targets as "reckless".
