Shoalhaven will have the honour of kicking off the one-day extravaganza on the main Chittick Oval, when they face Orange.
Shoalhaven and Orange are joined in their pool by Sydney clubs Convicts and Forest.
Over on the Showground, an all-Wollongong showdown will open the morning, with Tech Tahs and Vikings set to do battle.
The clubs will be joined in their pool by Crusaders and Hunter club Lakes.
Hosts Kiama will kick off their day with the third match on Chittick, where they will take on Albury in the first match of the Country competition. The two sides will also meet Grenfell and Bungendore.
Finally, University's women's side is set for a busy day, with their first match set for 10.15 against Goulburn. The team will also face Gungahlin and Campbelltown.
