The Parkside Collection comprises 10 homes within the Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council master-planned community.
Located on Brigantine Drive next to green open spaces, The Parkside Collection will be located 350m from The Waterfront Town Centre shopping and dining precinct, and the future Shellharbour Marina.
The 10 homes feature a variety of floorplans and styles, including two and four-bedroom terraces and four-bedroom townhomes, one with a studio loft.
Two-bedroom terrace homes range from $668,000 to $702,000; four-bedroom terrace homes or townhomes are $866,000 to $1,139,000; and a four-bedroom plus studio loft townhome is $1,178,000 to $1,238,000.
Each home features a northerly aspect, open plan living areas that flow to covered alfresco areas, gourmet kitchens, master bedrooms with ensuites and built-in or walk-in robes, private balconies and detached garages with rear lane access.
Homes in The Parkside Collection release will be sold via online ballot on February 28.
Glenn Colquhoun, development director of Shell Cove, Frasers Property Australia said homes in The Parkside Collection are in a “fantastic location” within The Waterfront community, just a short stroll from the future harbourfront.
“The Parkside Collection offers a range of different housing styles and will suit those who simply want to move in and enjoy the unparalleled lifestyle on offer at The Waterfront,” Mr Colquhoun said.
“The lifestyle inclusions and community features at The Waterfront are unrivalled to anywhere else on the NSW South Coast.
“Everything you need will be at your fingertips, including a future world-class boat harbour and marina, waterfront tavern, pristine beaches and town centre, of which stage one is already open and includes a full-line Woolworths supermarket, specialty stores and various dining options.
“As this is the first new home release this year, we are expecting a great deal of interest from buyers.”
Information sessions on the homes will be running until February 24.
A focal point of the master-planned community will be the 270-berth boat harbour and Shellharbour Marina next to the town centre, restaurants on the marina’s edge, waterfront tavern, hotel, children’s beach, water play areas, library and community centre.
