A 65-year-old man has been airlifted to St George Hospital in a critical condition after being hit by a car at KFC South Nowra.

It's understood the man may have suffered head injuries, as well as a laceration to his leg and arm.
A Toll Air Ambulance lifted off with the injured patient from the South Nowra soccer fields just after 1.30pm.
The man was struck by a four-wheel-drive in the car park of the fast food outlet.
Three NSW Ambulance units raced to the scene just after noon after initial reports the man was trapped under the vehicle.
Three police vehicles were also at the scene.
The KFC car park was cordoned off as police questioned witnesses.
