Organisers of the female-friendly event Diana McLaren and Malika Elizabeth said they were proud to be part of the diverse, non-discriminatory venue.
"[It's] a nice safe home where it's always going to be appreciated," Elizabeth said.
She'll Be Right is one of several regular comedy nights in the Illawarra and is open to all genders, though focuses heavily on female talent.
"There's still such a reputation that men are better than comedy," Elizabeth said. "For us this is a women's space largely, but that's because nearly every other room [is mostly men]."
Regardless, men are very welcome to perform and be in the audience.
"I'm really excited, because there's been so many [comedy] rooms that have opened in the past year where people have started them and they have fizzled really quickly," McLaren said.
"There's other rooms where there isn't consistent attendance … I think the worst we've ever done is 40 or 50 people in the crowd."
Over the past year the Servo has hosted local, national and international musicians of many genres as well as art shows and comedy.
This week the venue will host musical acts on Thursday and Saturday, with the She'll Be Right show on Friday from 6pm.
