Funlab will open B. Lucky & Sons in the vacant space between David Jones and their mini-golf venue on April 12.
Dubbed the "ultimate adult playground", the new venture combines the nostalgic thrill of playing games with an eclectic, grown-up twist.
Previously, Brisbane and Melbourne were the only two locations for the arcade franchise, which uses a facade like an old-world pawn shop complete with staff in newsboy caps and suspenders.
The venue will house a range of arcade/computer games including racing simulators, basketball hoops, and dance machines in addition to food and beverages.
Funlab CEO Michael Schreiber said the arcade bar was a hidden delight with regal furnishings and buzzing neon.
"We want people to enter a time warp that mesmerises them and keeps them coming back for more.”
It will open on April 12 at 10am. Opening hours will be noon to 10pm Monday to Wednesday, 10am to midnight Thursday to Saturday and 10am to 10pm on Sundays.
