In the Laurie Daley Cup, at the Collegians Sporting Complex, the Glenn Buffolin coached Dragons lost their first match of the season, going down 32-20.
In the loss, Alex Lobb scored a brace for the Dragons, with Tyrone Roberts and Jack Walsh also scoring four-pointers.
On Sunday, Buffolin's side featured Albion Park-Oak Flats' Jay Weaver, Cooper Tunbridge and Jack Walsh, Kiama's William Webb and Berry-Shoalhaven Heads trio Billy Hayburn, Ky Sims and Charlie Parrish - who was co-captain of the side.
While Cameron Thurgate's Andrew Johns Cup side remain winless through their first three games, after falling to the Rams 30-8.
Berry-Shoalhaven Heads' Joseph Nelson scored the Dragons only two tries on the match and he was joined in the squad by fellow Group Seven products Jarvis Austin (Shellharbour), Jack Bostock (Shellharbour), Jonah Longbottom (St Georges Basin), Thomas Birnie (St Georges Basin), Kyron Ebbs-Windisch (Shellharbour), Keith Gatt (Warilla-Lake South), Salvatore Gattuso (Milton-Ulladulla), Jack McKechnie (Berry-Shoalhaven Heads), Kaleb Stewart (Culburra) and Sam Fitzpatrick (Milton-Ulladulla).
After three rounds, the two Dragons sides sit in third and fifth respectively on their southern pool ladder.
In round four, both Dragons sides head to Camden's Kirkham Park to take on the Greater Southern Region Wests Tigers this Saturday.
