The G.J. Gardner Variety Freedom House is located in South Nowra.
All labour and materials used were either donated or heavily discounted to allow for the biggest donation possible to Variety.
The community is invited to the first official open home this Saturday, March 9 from 10am to 12pm.
The home will be auctioned on April 6.
Directors of G.J. Gardner Homes Shoalhaven Nathan Fay and Sean Vickery said they were excited to open the home to the public for the first time.
“The first open home is pretty exciting – it’s going to all be about the community and the people who have helped out," they said in a statement.
“It’s also about getting the word out there that this house is really awesome value for money as well. It’s got all the bells and whistles."
The home is located at 7 Patonga Street, Carrington Heights Estate, South Nowra.
All profits from the sale will go to Variety – the Children’s Charity.
