Laura Charlton will again join hundreds of her fellow Wollongong students and strike from school to protest climate inaction.
The Smith’s Hill High School student said Illawarra students were calling for political action on climate change and Adani’s coal mine.
So on Friday, March 15 they will meet at the Illawarra Arts Precinct in Wollongong at 12pm before marching to Flagstaff Hill.

Tens of thousands of Australian school students from hundreds of schools in dozens of cities and towns will join students from around the world to strike from school on March 15, demanding urgent political action on climate change and the Adani coal mine.
School students will be joined by adults who have been invited to walk out for the day in solidarity with the students.
Laura Charlton was part of the 15,000 Australian school students who walked out of school last November, prompting ire from Prime Minister Scott Morrison.
The Australian school strike movement was kicked off last year by students in central Victoria who were inspired by 15 year old Swedish student Greta who started striking in August 2018 and now strikes every Friday.
