A show celebrating the music of the late, great Bob Marley will visit the Illawarra later this month.
One Love: The Music of Bob Marley and The Wailers is led by Nicky Bomba.
A life-long reggae fan, Bomba is best known for fronting the ARIA Award-winning Melbourne Ska Orchestra, and is also a former member of the John Butler Trio.
The ten-piece band One Love have had a string of sold out shows in Sydney and Newcastle, and will perform at Wollongong UniBar on Friday, March 29.
The band consists of a collective of musicians who have shared the stage with acts such as The Beautiful Girls, Maxi Priest (UK), Katchafire (NZ) and Michael Franti (USA), and have performed at major Australian festivals such as Bluesfest and Peats Ridge.
The undisputed king of reggae, Marley died in 1981 aged 36 from melanoma.
