The squad, coached by former Olympian Brendan Sexton, targeted the competition as a key focus for the summer, with 18 members competing.
Brooklyn Henry took out the intermediate race, edging Academy teammate Liam Hinchcliffe as the duo secured an IAS one-two finish. Youngster Joel Offord won a silver medal in the junior event, while Jacinta Cliff finished fourth in the girls senior race.
Cliff and younger sister Sarah combined to lead Holy Spirit College to gold in the senior relay, while Sarah also led Holy Spirit to gold in the intermediate relay.
Sexton said the Academy's athletes should be proud of their achievements at the championships.
"We had some good performances and the really good numbers was the highlight for me," Sexton said.
"We had the whole squad at the one race for the first time this season. It's always a battle when you've got three sports, you have athletes all over the place with events, so it's really cool to have the whole squad together.
"All Schools is always a benchmark in terms of where school-aged triathletes are at. For newer athletes to the sport, it's their first exposure to competition outside the region and for the more experienced, it's a chance to compete and try qualify for nationals."
Henry, Hinchcliffe, Offord and Jacinta Cliff were rewarded with selection in the NSW team for the Australian All Schools Championships on the Sunshine Coast in May.
Sexton is confident all four athletes will thrive at the national level and he's looking forward to watching Henry and Hinchcliffe push each other to further success.
"I've been trying to get them together as much as possible, along with a few other guys. They're always to-ing and fro-ing, who's in front and who's behind.
"Like everyone in the group, they feed off each other and push each other to improve."
