The Lions will now take on Balgownie, who claimed a comfortable victory over Northern Districts in the other semi-final.

Neel Honavar was the chief destroyer, taking 5-19, while Nicholas Bell and Troy Coleman each claimed two wickets as Wollongong were bowled out for 53.

The Lions made light work of the run chase, cruising past their target on Saturday afternoon having lost just two wickets. Mark Johnston top-scored with a patient 36 runs off 81 balls.

Keira ultimately reached 4-90 at stumps on Saturday night, with a deluge of rain on Sunday morning and early afternoon causing the second day to be abandoned without a ball bowled.
