The match is a repeat of last week's final-round fixture that ended in controversy after Oak Flats protested the decision to abandon the match.
The appeal was upheld, with Oak Flats handed the minor premiership by the South Coast board on Wednesday night.
Rats captain Scott McAndrew is expecting plenty of feeling when the two teams take to the field on Saturday.
"I'm sure there's going to be a bit of feeling between the teams," McAndrew said. "It's up to us to try and take emotion out of it and worry about playing cricket.
"If we play near our best cricket, we should be able to go through and qualify for the final."
At 3-80 chasing 150, Oak Flats sat in a commanding position prior to last Saturday's washout and McAndrew said his team will take plenty of confidence from their opening day dominance.
"We were definitely on top and confident we were going to chase the runs. We haven't lost a two-day match and we're peaking at the right end of the season.
"Our batting should be the key to get us through. Geoff Shaw Oval is very different to their ground, it's a bit better for batting. We'll try post a big score and back our bowlers to defend anything. If we get a big score, bat out the maximum overs, it will go a long way to securing the win."
Ryan Chatterton will replace bowler Ben Morrow after Morrow was ruled out of the finals due to work commitments.
