All the action on the day started with Jono Dallas' Harold Matthews side running in four tries to one, to win 22-4.
In the win, Trey Barlow scored a brace, while Brendon Morkos and Benjamin Lavender also crossed the chalk - with Toby Peters landing three of his four conversions.
Dallas' side, which moves up to fifth place on the ladder with the win, featured Group Seven products Jye Hendrie (Milton-Ulladulla),Trey Barlow, Toby Peters, Coleby Smith and Jarvis Polley (all Stingrays) and Jonah Longbottom (St Georges Basin).
Following this impressive win was Ben Linde's SG Ball side, who cruised past the Dragons 40-16, with Mathew Feagai scoring a hat-trick.
Other try scorers in the win were Aaron Schoupp, Jackson Shereb and Tyrell Sloan, as Jayden Sullivan landed five kicks.
In the win, Linde's side was led by Group Seven's Billy Hayburn (Berry-Shoalhaven Heads), Joshua Coric (Albion Park-Oak Flats), Zane Boersma (Warilla-Lake South), Oscar Fitzpatrick (Milton-Ulaldulla) and Sam Hooper (Warilla-Lake South).
This win solidifies the Steelers second place position on the ladder, sitting on 11 points - just one behind leaders Central Coast Roosters.
Unfortunately, not all three Steelers juniors representative sides tasted victory on Saturday, with Daniel Lacey's Tarsha Gale side losing their first game of the season to Newcastle 24-22 at Dudley Park.
Despite falling behind 20- 12 midway the second half, late tries to Chantel Tugaga and Olivia Vale brought the Steelers to within striking distance.
But Vale failed to convert her own try in the final minutes, which would have tied the scores up - seeing the Knights hold on for a memorable two-point win.
In the loss, Vale actually scored two tries while the fourth try went to Teagan Berry.
On Saturday, Lacey's side, which still sit in first on for and against over Newcastle, was spearheaded by Milton-Ulladulla's Keele Browne and Meg Buchanan Stingrays' Riley Scott and Alex Wallace.
Looking ahead, in round eight, Lacey's side will battle St George at the Collegians Sporting Complex from 10.30am on Saturday, which will be followed by Harold Matthews clash between Linde's Steelers and the Roosters at 12pm.
Dallas SG Ball side have the bye this round.
