Culburra Beach residents won't be seeing much of the Today Show co-host and Married at First Sight narrator around town once the sale settles after the Easter break.
The house had been on the market for six weeks when it was snapped up in a midweek auction last week.

In 2007, they bought the three-bedroom retreat on a 835 square-metre block for $570,000.
Ray White Culburra Beach agents Julie Gauci and Craig Hadfield managed the sale, which garnered interest from 25 groups who inspected the house.
"It was a quick turnover because of that particular location," Ms Gauci said.
"It's one house back from beach and it's affordable. These days, you'd have to spend anything up to $2 million for a house right on the beach.
"Yes, it may not have the water views, but it's the next best thing."
Ms Gauci said the auction method and marketing campaign proved effective.
"We did some print advertising in the local paper and Sydney papers as well, that helped," she said.
