According to organisers, as renting and apartment living become the new norm, questions and challenges arise for owner-occupants, tenants and landlords looking to increase liveability and sustainability.

Cecille Weldon, director of the Centre for Liveability Real Estate will discuss her Liveability Features Framework, Renovators Guide and Rent Smart Guide.
Ph.D scholarship student Bronwyn Bate will cover the realities of today's housing situation, especially for younger people in the cities.
Booklets available will include The Liveability Real Estate Framework and Renew's Renters' Guide to Sustainable Living.
The event will take place at the University of Wollongong's Innovation Campus on Thursday, April 11 at 6.30pm for 7pm.
