An additional $4000 was donated post-auction, taking the total raised to help kids in need to $400,138.
Buyers Judy and Peter Webb are locals who reportedly plan to live in the home.
All labour and materials used were either donated or heavily discounted by businesses and individuals to allow for the biggest donation possible.
G.J. Gardner Shoalhaven and Wollongong directors Sean Vickery and Nathan Fay were pleased with the final auction result.
"From the many tradie teams who worked together to bring the build to fruition, to the free barbecue, media support, equipment and materials, we've had incredible discounts and donations," Mr Vickery said.
"So many people have given wherever they could to make this project a success, and so many times I've been left speechless or covered in goosebumps."
