Emergency services headed to the Otford train station at about 1.30am.
Once there they found a man had fallen down a 20-metre embankment near the station car park after looking for a place to relieve himself.
Vegetation had to be cut away so he could be carried out on a stokes litter.
He suffered a broken ankle and multiple abrasions.
