The two teams will have to wait to face off, however, with the competition taking a break over Easter.
The 52-19 win was Bowral's second of the season and captain-coach Tim Small is pleased with the way his side has started their title defence.
"It's really pleasing to have started the season with two wins after we got the win against Tech last week as well," Small said. "It's early stages, but things look promising. There's lots of work to do, it's only early, but the boys were fantastic on Saturday.
"Our defence was very good. We made it difficult for them to get any ascendancy in attack and we kept working hard, so it was pleasing to see our defensive structures working."
Kiama were always facing an uphill battle in the clash at Eridge Park and it didn't take long for Bowral to assert their dominance.
The Blacks jumped out to an early lead, crossing for the opening four tries before Kiama fought back with two tries shortly before halftime.
The break allowed Bowral to regroup, with the Blacks producing a clinical second-half performance to run away with the game.
Small was pleased with the way his side blew Kiama off the park early, before they expertly closed out the game in the second half.
"We started exceptionally well, we jumped out to a four-try lead, but then in the last 10 to 15 minutes of the first half we went away from it a little bit.

"We got together at halftime and regrouped and in the second half we got back to work and kicked away and built that lead.
"Speaking to the Kiama guys, they haven't had a lot of time together in pre-season, they're still getting to know each other as a unit. They've got some good players, they'll win games this season, they're just trying to build momentum."
With University claiming a 41-13 victory over Tech on Saturday, the two sides will face off in a battle of two unbeaten teams at Eridge Park in a fortnight.
While initially expected to experience a tough start to the season, Uni have been impressive in their opening two matches, claiming a high-quality victory over Avondale last week.
Small recognises that his team will have to be at their best if they are to continue their winning run.
"We've got some huge tasks in front of us. After Easter we run straight into Uni who are a very good unit. We then have Shamrocks, Campbelltown and Avondale.
"We'll do everything we can to defeat Uni, but they are a strong rugby club with wonderful systems and players. Donovan Nepia is a tactician when it comes to executing the game of rugby, we'll be flat out containing him.
"Paul Tuala is a huge loss, but they've got guys he's contributed to building and still represent what he's contributed to the club.
"We'll put our best game out there, as will they, and we'll see where we're at."
In other matches this weekend, Avondale have bounced back from last weekend's three-point loss to claim their first win of the season on Sunday.
The Wombats were impressive in victory, proving too good for Shamrocks to claim a 39-23 win. The result means Shamrocks will head into next weekend's Easter break without a win, with Kiama waiting in round three.
Vikings also remained undefeated, with the side completing a successful road trip to Campbelltown. Liam Antrobus and Luke Raduva were among Vikings best in the 53-13 victory.
And Camden have continued their early-season resurgence, with the Rams now two from two after recording a 34-12 win over Shoalhaven.
