The Blueys scored three times in the opening 20 minutes to put the match beyond reach in the first half.
Tarrawanna attacker Yusuke Maruyama had a double inside the first four minutes before Stephen Lloyd added a third to help the Blueys maintain their unbeaten start to the campaign.
"We wanted to start with a high tempo and it put us in a good position," Blueys coach Peter Willis said.
"It helps when you take that lead and we got two goals in the first five so I was pleased with the way we started.
"I was happy with how solid we were defensively. We didn't really give them any clear cut chances at all, particularly in the second half."
Maruyama first came after just two minutes when he finished off some strong build up play down the right flank.
He pounced on a loose ball to tap in his second from close range shortly after to double the advantage.
Lloyd scored the goal of the match when he hit the target to complete a polished attacking sequence from the hosts.
It allowed Tarrawanna to record their four consecutive win to start the campaign. They are now the competition's only unbeaten side and hold a three point lead on Wollongong Olympic.
Olympic suffered their first defeat on the campaign in a 1-0 defeat to Corrimal Rangers at Memorial Park on Sunday afternoon.
