A Bellambi man will miss a family member's birthday for the fourth year running, this time all because he's accused of stealing a coffee stamp and $300.

Beau Wiles, 30, fronted Wollongong Local Court on Saturday charged with larceny.
In his bail application, defence lawyer Laura Fennell argued Mr Wiles "wanted his liberty today to celebrate" the birthday of someone as he had missed it for the previous three years.
In police facts tendered to the court, officers allege Wiles and a co-accused entered the Figtree Grove shopping centre (where there is a 24-hour Kmart), at 3:38am on Thursday April 18.
Police allege CCTV footage clearly identifies the accused wearing a blue hooded jumper and black track pants.
The facts state Wiles "appears to make efforts to cover his tattoos", before making his way towards The Coffee Emporium.
It's alleged Wiles then jumped the counter of the shop and grabbed a white bag, which contained the cafe's till float of $300 cash, along with a coffee card stamp.
Police state he then jumped back over the counter and left the shopping centre with the co-accused.
Wiles was later arrested at 8:30pm on Burelli Street in Wollongong.
In his defence, Ms Fennell also argued to the court CCTV footage should not be used to identify the accused.
However, bail was refused as the registrar said she didn't believe Wiles had established "exceptional circumstances" for his release.
He will return to court on Tuesday, April 23.
