Pilots in vintage aircraft will perform flypast tributes during the commemorations at Shellharbour, Wollongong and Kiama.
The flights are an annual tribute staged by volunteers from the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society.
Pilots will fly a World War II Dakota, a Vietnam War era Caribou and a cold war era marine surveillance Neptune.The planes are painted in livery reflecting a heritage of national service.
HARS President and Chief Pilot Bob De La Hunty said the aircraft were a living tribute to all who flew and maintained those type of aircraft during war and peace times.
"We welcome visitors to HARS Aviation Museum to learn about these vintage aircraft along with the history of more than 40 other aircraft uniquely on display," he said.
The former RAAF Neptune will lead the Caribou and Dakota in the flypast.
The aircraft will fly to Windang before passing over Shellharbour at 8am. They will then return with a second pass in line astern formation.
In Wollongong, the aircraft will fly along the coast to Port Kembla and then off Wollongong Golf Course.
The planes will fly over Burelli Street at 10.10am, before staging a second run over the centre of Wollongong in line astern formation before heading south along the coast to Kiama.
The pilots will flying above Terralong Street, Kiama at about 10.30am before staging a second run in line astern formation.
