Police said the teen had returned to the resort drunk last night.
In her intoxicated state the teen entered what she thought was her family's caravan, found an empty bed and promptly went to sleep.
When she woke at 8am to go to the toilet, she found she had been sleeping in the caravan of an elderly woman.
The woman, who was surprised but unhurt by her nocturnal visitor, helped the teen call her parents, who were in another caravan nearby.
She was reunited with her family shortly thereafter.
