Punters packed into The Builders Club from 12pm to try their luck at the traditional Australian gambling game.
The crowd was loud and jovial as they shouted 'heads' or 'tails' and waved money around.
Some went big with $100 or $50 bets while most stuck to an exchange of $5, $10 or $20 notes.
The drinks were also following with gambling only interrupted to head to the bar.
Friends and strangers laughed, joked and enjoyed themselves.
Liam Gibbs celebrated his 21st birthday by having a crack at "spinning".
"There is a great atmosphere and I enjoying having fun with my mates," he said.
There were some on winning streaks and others who could not catch a break.
Australian Defence Force member Boyd Barnes arrived with his medals pinned to his chest
"My mates and I paid our respects in the morning and now we want to celebrate," he said. "I wanted to come because it is a tradition to play two-up on Anzac Day."
Mr Barnes said he did not mind if he walked away down on his money as long as he had a good time.
Two-up at the Builders involves three coins rather than the traditional two to ensure less split tosses so play continues more quickly.
The raucous and cheers could be heard down the street from the Mount Kembla Village Hotel.
There was a younger crowd then at The Builders Club with many spending time with a large group of friends over wine, cider or beer.
The two-up game was smaller but punters had to fight through the crowd to get to the front to see the action.
It was Madison Fairlie's first time playing the game.
"I am only betting $5 or $10 and I now understand the rules," she said. "I am about even on my money."
Bart Hill was not at the front of the two-up square but said he had complete trust in the caller.
"That is Anzac spirit - trusting in mates and strangers," he said. "Everyone is relaxed, hanging outside just wanting to be a part of the fun."
