Striker Hannah Beard and goalkeeper Trudy Burke are both set to be back in the line-up while veteran Michelle Carney is poised to return from injury.
Carney has missed the club's last three matches and has one goal to her name so far this season.
All three players were absent from Illawarra's squad when they suffered their first loss of the campaign in a 3-1 defeat to Manly United.
It saw the Stingrays slip from first on the ladder to fourth heading into round eight, but just three points separate them from current league leaders Sydney Olympic.
Blacktown are seventh in the league and are undefeated in their past four NPL matches, including a last start 0-0 draw North West Sydney Koalas.
Kick off is 3pm at Blacktown Football Park.
